Liquor Licenses and Fees

In order to apply for a liquor license, a business must complete a county application, provide a current state approved liquor license, and submit the appropriate fees. The license is valid from September 1, 2009 through August 31, 2010. The fees are as follows:

Retail sale of bottled or canned beer, none of which is consumed on the premises where sold: $25

Retail sale of bottled or canned beer to be consumed on the premises where sold: $75

Retail sale of draught beer and bottled or canned beer, or draught beer only: $100

Retail sale of wine and wine by the drink: $100

Retail sale of liquor by the drink (including wine): $75
